WHO WE ARE

The owner of Stier Construction Company is Greg Stier. The company began operation in 1978. It does not build homes on speculation, but rather specializes in building high quality homes for a small number of families each year. Just as important as the finished product is the process of building the home. It is our desire that all of our clients will actually enjoy this process.

Stier Construction Company holds an unlimited building license in the state of North Carolina, and is a member of the Wilmington - Cape Fear Homebuilders Association.
