Stier Construction built the house at 205 Ocean Boulevard in Carolina Beach and the house is one of 84 homes on the 2017 Parade of Homes. The 31st annual event is organized by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builder’s Association and showcases homes in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties and comprises $42 million in real estate.
